By accessing or using Orepli, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

Permitted use

• Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
• Do not attempt to bypass security or access other users’ data.
• Do not upload harmful content, malware, or abuse the system.

Subscriptions and billing

Orepli is offered as a subscription service. Current pricing is $200 per month unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime, but the service may be unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen issues. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.

Data and integrations

You retain ownership of your data. By connecting third-party services, you authorize Orepli to access data as required to provide the features you enable.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the platform.
